About
Hello! Welcome or welcome back to Sapling Tarot, my name is Imogen and I’m here to help you nurture your intuition, gain insight and solve your own problems.
Why get a tarot reading from me?
Anyone can read the tarot, just pick up a deck with a decent guidebook and you’re good to go!
The role of the tarot reader (in my opinion) is to combine the knowledge of the cards and all the esoteric (hidden) information they contain, with experience and intuition and weave it into a story that makes sense for the question or situation they’ve been given.
My role as a tarot reader is to help you do exactly that, to take your knowledge of your own life and situation, and my knowledge of the cards, and follow the cards into the corners of your intuition and see where it leads you.
I believe that you already have all the tools you need, you just might need some help being shown how to use them.
A Little About Me
Since being given my first tarot reading by a dearly loved neighbour many years ago, and then being given my first deck, I have experienced a deep fascination with all that tarot has to offer.
Tarot has become integral to how I interpret the world around me and navigate life. Through practice, wider reading and structured study, I have deepened and broadened my understanding of the cards and what they can be capable of when asked the right questions, and in doing so have nurtured my own intuition and sense of connection with the world.
I live on the West Coast of Scotland and spend my non-tarot time studying, gaming and watching a staggering amount of bad tv. I also make very nerdy tarot YouTube videos on Tuesdays which you can watch here.
The Goals of my Tarot Practice
- to follow the story in the cards to offer you a fresh perspective
- to help you find clarity when the waters of life feel a little muddy
- to guide you to use your own intuition and higher knowledge and solve your own problems
- to help you find out how you feel about your situation and potential outcomes
- to bring reassurance and comfort during difficult times
